Pinder Extended Hand In-Home Services has been providing swift and effective staffing solutions since 2020. Compelled by the shortage of health health aids an direct care workers in Michigan, Pinder Extended Hand In-Home Services President and CEO Lucretia Pinder founded the company in an effort to help families remain in the comfort of their homes and ensure premium care. She quickly recognized that the shortage of home health aids and direct care workers was made worse by the poor quality of matching staff to facilities. Nobody was listening to the needs of the community, and nobody seemed to be listening to the needs of the families. Lucretia decided to take a different approach. Her goal was not to be the biggest non-medical company, rather her goal was to be the best non-medical company. She arrived at a simple philosophy that remains at the core of Pinder Extended Hand In-Home Services to this day.
